The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday the 17th January at 8.00pm (sharp) in Clontarf Castle Hotel.

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows…

i. – Minutes from the AGM convened in 2012 will be read by Michael Connolly.
ii. – Annual financial report will be read by Tony Walshe. Download the Financial Statement here!
iii. – Hon. secs. report will be read by Michael Brennan.
iv. – Courses for to 2013 will be presented by Philip McGowan.
v. – Outgoing Captains final address.
vi. – Proposals / Motions.

– It is proposed to amend rule 4.a  that the society create two additional officer positions. Both roles are currently filled by committee members.
1. Assist Honorary treasurer.
2. Course co-ordinator and club liaison.

– It is proposed to maintain the annual subscription at €150.00 and the new member entry fee at €450 including annual subscription.

PLEASE NOTE
To facilitate the planning for our away trips the time sheets will be available at the conclusion of the AGM. All we require at this stage is a commitment to travel. Cancellation cost may apply if made near to outing date.

IRELAND €195.00  TWO NIGHTS
Old Head of Kinsale 10th. May. Package consists of two nights in the Trident Hotel.Golf at Old Head on the 10th. and Kinsale golf club on the 11th. Dinner at Fishy Fishy on the 11th. All inclusive based on twin rooms (sharing) €195.00 per person.

The first 36 members to book are guaranteed this price. Cost for accommodation may increase depending on availability  to any additional members wishing to travel.

SPAIN  €400.00  FOUR NIGHTS
San Roque Old Course. 2nd October. Package consists of 4 nights accommodation at the Pyr Hotel. Golf at San Roque on 3rd. October and Santa Clara on the 5th.October. Presentation dinner. Flights coach transfers and four nights accommodation €400.00 per person sharing.
The first 24 members to book before 21st. January are guaranteed this price. Cost of flights will increase and will be passed on for bookings received after that date.
