Dates for your diary for 2026.  Feast your eyes on our wonderful schedule for the coming year.  Pay particular attention to flight details for Spain as you will need to book your flights early to ensure good value.

St. Annes GC Friday 27th March

A popular course with the society, it’s always great to get a game on St. Anne’s links on the Bull Island.

Laytown/Bettystown Friday 17th April

Sponsored by Cian Bennis, Annesley Williams Skoda, we are delighted to return to this wonderful links having been rained off in 2025.

County Louth GC Baltray 15th May

Sponsored by Michael Slein, National Lighting we are always delighted to return to County Louth GC to play this top class championship links.

Connemara Links, Ballyconneely 4th & 5th June

Sponsored by Conor & Rory Gallagher, Gallagher Quigley Estate Agents, we are heading west for our two-day championship.  As often discussed among our members, it would be nice to occasionally play the same venue twice on an outing, particularly if we haven’t played it often.  Staying in Clifden, Ballyconneely is an ideal venue to try this out and we will get to play the fabulous Connemara links on both days.

Staying at The Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, Clifden Wednesday 3rd June – 6th June, our package includes 3 nights B&B plus your evening meal each of the three nights in The Abbeyglen restaurant, renowned for their gourmet food, the final night being our presentation dinner.

Carton House GC Friday 10th July

Designed by 1998 Open Champion and US Masters Champion Mark O’Meara, this beauty of a classic parkland golf course is still full of challenges. A long overdue return for the society to this serious quality parkland track.

Captain’s Day Malahide GC Friday14th August

Captain Tony Clarke is delighted to bring us to his home club, Malahide GC.  A fine parkland golf course and club house, don’t miss this great day out for the society.

The K Club Friday 11th September

Sponsored by Brendan Fagan, Stock Design, this one speaks for itself.  One of the top parkland courses in the country and a day out not to be missed.

Jerez de la Frontera, Spain 30th September

In 2026 we head to Spain to another new venue for the society.  Jerez de la Frontera is a beautiful and small city in Andalusia, Southern Spain, well known for it’s Flamenco music and Sherry production.

The society will fly to Seville on 30 September and return on 4th October with Aer Lingus, flight details as follows:

Dub to Seville: 30 Sep – EI756 – 15.20 – 19.15

Seville to Dub: 4 Oct – EI757 – 19.55 – 21.55

These are the flights for which bus transfers will be arranged. Transfers included in the cost of your trip.

We will be staying 4 nights in the fantastic 4-star Hipotel Sherry Park Hotel and the package includes B&B and final night presentation dinner.

Montecastillo 1st Oct  & 3rd Oct

Sponsored by Jack McHugh, Alucraft, our day 1 outing will be to the magnificent Montecastillo Golf Resort.  Formerly home of the Volvo Masters for many years, this Jack Nicklaus designed course is considered to be a Spanish top ten course.

In keeping with earlier comments, we are delighted to say that we have also secured this course for our Day 3 golf, where we will get to enjoy it with less pressure in a team format.

Oct 2nd we play Sherry Golf, a lovely parkland golf course and a fine clubhouse and restaurant with a buzzing Spanish atmosphere.

Both golf courses are within 20 minutes of the hotel with transfers and buggies included for all golf.

The price for this trip will be €730.00, single supplement €170.00.

Jameson Golf Links Friday 6th November

Sponsored by Derek Erskine and the Airport Driving School, the society continues it’s long standing relationship with the wonderful Jameson Links. This will be followed by our end of year presentations.
